About MOTIVATE Futures

MOTIVATE Futures is an early-stage initiative exploring how young people can be better connected with opportunities, experience and future career pathways.

The idea is simple: young people should have clearer access to jobs, apprenticeships, volunteering, work experience, training, mentoring and employer connections in one trusted place.

Why this matters

Many young people face barriers when trying to gain their first experience or understand what options are available to them. Opportunities are often spread across different websites, local networks, employers and organisations.

At the same time, entry-level work is changing. AI, automation and rising experience expectations mean young people need practical pathways, confidence and real-world connections more than ever.

What we are doing now

MOTIVATE Futures is currently in the research and validation stage. We are gathering feedback from young people, parents, schools, employers, training providers and youth organisations before building the first version of the platform.
